My computer is really slow. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. 90% of the time, a slow computer just needs a "deep clean" or a solid state drive (SSD) upgrade. I can usually make a 5-year-old laptop run like new for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.

Do you work on Macs (Apple) or just Windows?

I support both! Whether you have a MacBook, an iPad, a Windows laptop, or an Android phone, I can help you secure it and set it up.

What is included in the "Remote Guardian" plan?

Think of it like insurance. I install professional-grade software that alerts me if your computer gets a virus or starts overheating. I check in once a month (remotely) to run updates so you aren't interrupted by "Windows Updating" screens when you're trying to work.

Do you come to my house?

Yes. For clients in Henryville, Sellersburg, and Scottsburg, I offer on-site visits. For quick fixes, I can usually solve the problem remotely (over the internet) which saves you money and time.
